Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one (1) hour before your appointment. Fail to do so, a cancellation fee will apply. Please see below for more details. If you cancel or reschedule one (1) hour within your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your scheduled service(s). If you do not cancel and/or is a no-show* to your appointment, the cancellation fee will be 100% of your scheduled service(s).
